Welcome to DomainKeep. By using our application, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DomainKeep ("the App"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. Description of Service

DomainKeep is an application for:

• Organizing and managing your domain portfolio
• Receiving domain expiration alerts
• Looking up WHOIS information for domains
• Comparing prices between registrars

DomainKeep is NOT a domain registrar. We don't sell, register, or renew domains. We only help you organize them and redirect you to external registrars.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Free Version

The free version includes limited functionality (see details in the App). No account or payment required.

DomainKeep PRO

• PRO subscription is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Price is displayed in the App before purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel
• You can cancel at any time from your app store settings
• No refunds for partial periods

4. Acceptable Use

By using DomainKeep, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Perform mass or automated WHOIS queries
• Interfere with the operation of the App or its services
• Resell or redistribute the App

5. Intellectual Property

DomainKeep, including its design, code, logo, and content, is owned by its creators and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App according to these terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of DomainKeep is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Your domain data is stored locally on your device
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your information
• Data loss due to uninstallation or device failure is not our responsibility

7. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party sites (domain registrars, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.

When you click "Buy" or "Renew," we redirect you to an external registrar. The transaction is made directly with them, under their own terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

DomainKeep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We don't guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• WHOIS information will be accurate or up-to-date
• Expiration alerts will be delivered on time
• Third-party prices shown will be correct

In no case will we be liable for:

• Loss of domains for any cause
• Decisions made based on App information
• Data loss or indirect damages
• Transactions made with third parties

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Service

We may:

• Modify or discontinue App features
• Change subscription prices (with prior notice)
• Update these terms

Significant changes will be notified in the App or by email.

11. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
