Is DomainKeep a domain registrar?

No. DomainKeep is a tool to organize and monitor your domains. When you want to buy or renew, we redirect you to registrars like Dynadot, Porkbun, or Cloudflare.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored locally on your device. We don't have access to your domain list. If you enable cloud sync (PRO), your data is stored in your own Google Drive or iCloud account.

What happens if I uninstall the app?

If you haven't enabled cloud sync, you'll lose your data. We recommend exporting to CSV (PRO feature) or enabling sync before uninstalling.

How do I cancel my PRO subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your app store: iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions

Do alerts work if I don't open the app?

Yes, expiration alerts are sent as push notifications even if you haven't opened the app. Make sure notifications are enabled.
